LANCASTER, Pa. — The Keuka College Men's Volleyball lost a North Eastern Athletic Conference match at nationally-ranked Lancaster Bible College in straight sets on Friday night.
#10 Lancaster Bible College 3 vs. Keuka College 0 – 25-15, 26-24, 25-7
The Wolves struggled in the opening set as Keuka College had just three kills against six errors. The host Chargers took advantage with 12 kills of their own, winning the first set 25-15.
Keuka College played their best set in the second. The Wolves totaled 10 of their 14 kills from Friday in the frame. There would be many ties and lead changes in the second. Keuka College trailed 23-19 before scoring five straight to take a 24-23 lead and serve for the set. However, the Chargers got a kill and followed that with a block and an ace to win the second set 26-24.
Lancaster Bible College rode the momentum into the third. The Chargers had 13 kills in the set without an error. Conversely, the Wolves had just one kill in the frame with six errors. Lancaster Bible won the third set 25-7, sweeping the match.
