GANSEVOORT, N.Y.— For the second season in a row, Keuka College's Connor Gail was named Third team All-North Eastern Athletic Conference as voted by the conference coaches.
Gail has increased production every season at Keuka College. The junior was an offensive weapon for the Wolves as he led Keuka College with 244 kills in 2017. That ranked 11th in the North Eastern Athletic Conference and his 2.90 kills per set average ranked 12th.
Gail displayed an ability on the defensive side of the net too as he was third on the team with 145 digs this season. He recorded three double-doubles for the Wolves. He also ranked in a tie for third on the team with 13 aces. Five of those came in a five-set loss to D'Youville College, setting a new school record for most aces in a five-set match.
Connor Gail's 244 kills this season is the third most kills in a season in program history. He continues to climb the career kills list at Keuka College. Entering the season in seventh place all-time, Connor Gail now ranks third in school history with 422 career kills. He also currently sits in second place all-time with a .225 hitting percentage.
Keuka College finished the season with a 9-15 record,posting a 4-12 mark in conference play, missing out on the conference tournament.
