KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Soccer team lost at home on Wednesday night to SUNY Poly 4-1 in a North Eastern Athletic Conference game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex.

After a slow start to the game where both teams battled for possession, Keuka College opened the scoring in the 22nd minute. Jared Burns took the ball down the left side to the end line. He cut the ball back, finding Samba Doukhansy in the middle of the box. Doukhansy went back to the short side to beat the keeper and give Keuka College a 1-0 lead. The two teams would once again value possession as they each only had four shots in the frame. The game went to halftime with Keuka College leading.
SUNY Poly drew level minutes into the second half. Five minutes later, the Wildcats took the lead on a shot that went into the top left corner. Keuka College attempted to get back in the game but it was SUNY Poly who controlled the ball for most of the half. The Wildcats outshot the Wolves 11-6 in the second. In the 64th minute, SUNY Poly converted a penalty kick and they added a late goal on a breakaway as SUNY Poly defeated Keuka College 4-1.

Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves take to the road this weekend with a pair of North Eastern Athletic Conference matches. Keuka College will open the weekend on Saturday playing at Lancaster Bible College. The Wolves will then face the Bison of Gallaudet University in Washington D.C. on Sunday.
