KEUKA PARK, N.Y.— After making it to the North Eastern Athletic Conference Championship game for the first time since 2008 last season, the path for the Keuka College Men's Soccer team to return has been set.
On Tuesday, Keuka College unveiled the 2017 Men's Soccer schedule.
The 16-game slate will kickoff on Friday, September 1 in the Fred Hartrick Classic at Buffalo State. The Wolves will face Fredonia in the opening game and then square off with the host Bengals on Saturday.
Keuka College will then return home for three straight non-conference games against quality local competition. The home opener at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex will be on Thursday, September 7 against RIT. The Wolves then welcome Alfred and the University of Rochester to campus before opening the conference schedule.
Keuka College will begin North Eastern Athletic Conference play on Saturday, September 23 when they travel to SUNY Cobleskill. The first NEAC home game for the Wolves will be on Wednesday, September 27, hosting three-time defending champions Morrisville State.
October opens with four straight home games for the Wolves. Keuka will host Penn St.-Abington on the seventh in a rematch of last year's NEAC Semi-Finals. Parents' Day will follow that matchup on October 8 as Keuka College hosts St. Elizabeth.
The regular season will close with a pair of local rivals for Keuka College. The Wolves will host Wells College on October 25. That will be the final home game of the regular season. Keuka College will hold their annual Senior Day ceremony prior to the game to honor the Class of 2018. That weekend, Keuka will close the regular season on the road, travelling to Cazenovia College to face the Wildcats.
