Men’s Golf Finishes Season at Elmira Invitational

ELMIRA, N.Y. – The Keuka College Men's Golf team finished their 2016-17 season on Tuesday at Elmira Country Club and the Elmira College Spring Invitational.

The Wolves shot a 362 on the day, finishing fifth in the eight team field. It was the second highest finish of the season for the Men's Golf team.

Junior Ryan Piersimoni continued his hot play as of late with a team-leading 83. It was his second lowest round of the season. Overall, he finished in a tie for sixth play, his second top 10 finish of the year.. He opened the tournament with an 84 and backed that up with an 87. Piersimoni finished in a tie for 19th place.

Next in for Keuka was AJ Hranek in 23rd place. The freshman shot an 89, finishing his first year of collegiate golf with an 88.67 scoring average. Lucas Labuski finished two places behind Hranek in 25th with a 93.

Rounding out the scoring for Keuka College was Rory Doremus and Ben Cacciaglia. Doremus shot a 97 and Cacciaglia finished with a 107 for the Wolves.
