KEUKA PARK, N.Y.— The Keuka College Baseball Team made it to the North Eastern Athletic Conference Tournament last year for just the second time in the last eight years.
The Wolves will look to return to the postseason for the 10th time in program history in 2018. The Keuka College Department of Athletics released the 2018 baseball schedule on Friday morning.
Keuka College will open their non-conference schedule in March as they attempt to battle the weather. The Wolves will play on the turf at Houghton College against the Highlanders and then travel to Pennsylvania to face Penn St.-Altoona and Penn St.-DuBois.
The Wolves will take their annual spring break trip to the sunny fields of Florida in the end of March. The Green and Gold will play 10 games over the break with the opponents being announced in February.
Keuka College will open their home slate in April with a non-conference game against Elmira College on April 3. The following Saturday, the Wolves open North Eastern Athletic Conference play hosting Wells College in a doubleheader.
After nine straight games at home, the Wolves take to the road for the rest of the month. They start with a tough non-conference game against RIT. The Tigers made it to the NCAA Tournament last season. Keuka then has a non-conference game against Brockport in between conference games with Lancaster Bible College, Gallaudet, SUNY Cobleskill, and SUNY Poly.
The Wolves will close the regular season at home with six straight at Kuhl Field. The home stretch includes a pair of conference doubleheaders against Penn St.-Abington and Penn St.-Berks. Keuka College will host their annual Parents' and Senior Day on May 6 against prior to the games against Berks to close the regular season.
