GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – The Keuka College Baseball team had three players earn All-Conference honors, as voted on by the North Eastern Athletic Conference coaches.
Junior Dakota Skinner led the way for Keuka College, being named First Team All-Conference. The outfielder set a new program record for Keuka College with 57 hits. He led the conference with a .460 batting average, ranking in the top 10 nationally.
Bryan Johnsen was the top pitcher for the Green and Gold. Johnson was named Second Team All-North Eastern Athletic Conference. He posted a 5-0 record for the Wolves, striking out 41 batters in 45.1 innings. He is tied for second for the most wins in a single season in program history. Johnsen stands alone in fifth place for most strikeouts in a season for Keuka College.
Rounding out the All-Conference selections for Keuka College was senior Rob LaRue. LaRue finished second in the North Eastern Athletic Conference in batting average behind Dakota Skinner. Rob LaRue hit .440 on the season. During the year, LaRue tied the NCAA record with five doubles in a single game.
Keuka College will now prepare for the North Eastern Athletic Conference Tournament. The Wolves are the four seed and will face the hosts, Penn St.-Abington, at noon on Friday.
